God Is Always
Open for Business
Most
churches are shuttered for the night all across the world. Their services are ended. Their staff of ministers and priests are
probably in bed by now. No human is
around to hear prayers of confession, receive tears of sadness, or counsel the
confused.
However
…
God
is awake.
I
just wrote that and it stopped me in my tracks.
God IS AWAKE.
That
is some of the best writing of my life.
I’m excited about that thought.
And,
if your God concept is anything like mine, you also realize that His hand is on
the throttle of this world. He is in
charge.
Psalm
121:4 says, “He never slumbers nor sleeps.”
He
always watches
Always
cares
Always
keeps an eye on things
He
is Always Open for Business
